| MOROCCO | BCP | Issuance of a perpetual bond loan for an amount of MAD 500 Mn by private placement
On December 28th 2022, BCP issued a perpetual bond loan with loss absorption and cancellation of coupon payment mechanism for an amount of MAD 500 Mn.
This issue was carried out in private placement while the risk premium was set at 210 BPS.

| SENEGAL | GDP | A growth rate of 3.4% in Q3 2022
According to the National Agency for Statistics and Demography (ANSD), the national GDP displayed a growth rate of 3.4% in the third quarter of 2022. This results from the growth observed in the primary (+4.3%) and tertiary (+4.1%) sectors. Meanwhile, the secondary sector recorded a decrease of 0.9% during the same period.
