| MOROCCO | CRÉDIT DU MAROC | Crédit Agricole S.A sells its stakes in CDM to Holmarcom Group In a press release, Crédit Agricole S.A, majority shareholder of Crédit du Maroc, announces the signing of an agreement with the Holmarcom Group for the sale of its 78.7% stake in the capital of Crédit du Maroc.
The completion of this operation would take place in two stages: a 63.7% tranche (50.9% by HFC and 12.8% by AtlantaSanad) by the end of 2022, then a second tranche covering the 15% remaining, eighteen months after closing of the transaction.
