According to the results of the business survey conducted by HCP, companies operating in the manufacturing and environmental industries forecast a stable production in Q3 2023. Meanwhile, those in the energy and extractive industries expect an increase in production during the same period. Likewise, companies operating in the construction sector expect an improvement in their activity in Q3 2023.

According to the National Institute of Statistics (INS) of Tunisia, the Consumer Prices Index increased by 0.6% in August 2023 compared to the previous month. Year-on-year, the inflation rate increased to 9.3%, after 5 consecutive months of declines.
