| MOROCCO | FISHING | Sector’s revenue up 5% at the end of September 2023
According to the National Fisheries Office, landings of inshore and artisanal fishery products declined by 16% at the end of Sep-tember 2023 to stand at 913,973 tons. Meanwhile, the sector's revenue settled at MAD 7.9 Bn increasing by 5% compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to the National Institute of Statistics and Demography (INSTAD) of Benin, the Harmonized Consumer Prices Index (IHPC) shows a decrease of 0.7% in September 2023 compared to the previous month. Year-on-year, the inflation rate stood at 1.5%.
