In a press release, the Competition Council announces that it has received a notification in which Mutuelle Agricole Marocaine d'Assurance (MAMDA), Mutuelle Centrale Marocaine d'Assurances (MCMA), Mutuelle Attamine Chaabi (MAC), and Régime Collec-tif d’Allocation de Retraite (RCAR) will acquire a part of Wilmar group's stake in Cosumar (i.e. 14.35%) as part of the sale by Wil-mar of its entire stake in Cosumar which represents 30.05% of the group's par capital and voting rights.

| BURKINA FASO | INFLATION | An inflation rate of -2.6% in September 2023
According to the National Institute of Statistics and Demography (INSD), the Harmonized Consumer Prices Index of Burkina Faso decreased by 0.3% in September 2023 compared to the previous month. Year-on-year, the inflation rate stood at -2.6%.
