In a press release, Sofac announces the acquisition of 100% stake in Badeel capital, a start-up specializing in LDD and mobility services. This operation completed an initial acquisition of 15% stake which aim to develop synergies between the two entities and allow possible to identify the strong potential of the contribution of Badeel's activities to Sofac's development plan.

According to the National Institute of Statistics and Demography (INSTAD), Benin's Harmonized Consumer Prices Index de-creased by 0.1% in September 2022 compared to the previous month. Year-on-year, the country's inflation rate stands at 1.6%.

According to the CMI, the number of online payment transactions carried out by Moroccan and international bank cards amounted to 2,508,833 in september 2022 up 37.0% compared to the same period of the previous year. In value, the amount of these trans-actions reached MAD 843.1 Mn, up 33.2% during the same period.
