| MOROCCO | ALUMINIUM DU MAROC | DPS 2020 set at MAD 80 against MAD 70 initially
The Ordinary General Meeting, held on June 3rd 2021, decides the distribution of a dividend of MAD 80 per share, i.e. a total amount of MAD 37,276,320.00. The dividend will be paid starting from June 30th 2021.

According to the HCP, the Moroccan economy shrunk by 6.3% in 2020. This decline takes into account a decrease of 5.8% in non-crop activities and 8.6% in crop activities.
| CEMAC | GOLD | The valuation of Gold reserves up 14% in 2020
In 2020, Gold reserve volumes of the Bank of Central African States remained stable at 201,903.4 ounces. In value, these jumped by 14.4% to FCFA 204.5 Bn in 2020 against FCFA 178.7 Bn in 2019. This increase results from the favorable trend in Gold prices in 2020.
