The shareholders of Promopharm met for an Ordinary General Meeting on June 24th 2021. This decided the distribution of a divi-dend of MAD 30 per share for the FY 2020 which will be paid starting July 26th 2021.

At the end of April 2021, the fiscal deficit was reduced by 47.0% compared to the end of April 2020 to settle at TND 1.2 Bn. This results from the 1.3% decrease in budgetary expenses combined with the 20.0% increase in tax revenue.
