AMMC has approved on June 25th 2021, an information prospectus related to the capital increase of Attijariwafa bank through the optional conversion of a part or total of the FY 2020 dividends into new shares. The main characteristics of the operations are as follows :

According to ANRT, the global mobile base stood at 49.5 million subscribers at the end of March 2021, bringing the penetration rate to 137.6% against 128.9% at the end of March 2020. By operator, the number of mobile subscribers reached 19.3 million for Maroc Telecom, i.e. a market share of 39.0%. Medi Telecom's market share stands at 33.5% compared to 27.5% for Wana Corpo-rate.
Regarding the fixed line market, the penetration rate stood at 6.6% against 6.0% during the same period of the previous year. Ma-roc Telecom has a market share of 84.2%.
Finally, the total number of Internet subscribers stood at 30.6 million, up 16.0%. The internet penetration rate stands at 85.1% against 71.3% a year earlier. In this context, Maroc Telecom has a market share of 41.2%, followed by Wana Corporate with 33.3% and Medi Telecom with 25.6%.
