According to AMMC, Holding SARL declared having crossed directly upwards the participation threshold of 33,33% in Aluminium du Maroc
- 21,004 Aluminium du Maroc shares, on the block market from Mrs. Fettouma Sebti and Mr. Mohamed El Alami, at the price of Mad 1349 DHS and
- 2,957 Aluminium du Maroc shares, on the central market, at the price of MAD 1 349 dirhams per share.
As a result of these transactions, Holding SARL declares holding 176,171 shares, representing 37,80% of Aluminium du Maroc share capital.
