According to AMMC indicators related to investors’ profile within the stock market in Q1 2024, the volume traded on the central market was monopolized 34% by UCITS, 28% by Moroccan legal entities, 24% by Moroccan individuals and 14% by foreign legal entities.

| MOROCCO | SURVEY | Improvement of the activity in May 2024
The results of Bank Al-Maghrib's monthly economic survey show an improvement in production during the month of May 2024 with a production capacity utilization rate stable at 78%. Likewise, sales and orders would have increased during the same period. Finally, order books would have settled at a normal level.
| BENIN | GDP | A growth rate of 6.3% in Q1 2024
According to the National Institute of Statistics and Demography of Benin (INStaD), the growth rate of the Beninese economy reached 6.3% in the first quarter of 2024. This was driven by the increase in all sectors : primary (+5.4%), secondary (+6.9%) and tertiary (+6.3%).
