According to the latest dashboard on banking system indicators released by Bank Al-Maghrib, the number of banking branches in Morocco amounted to 5,523 at the end of June 2024 against 5,606 at the end of December 2023 and 5.715 at the end of December 2022.
| TUNISIA | KEY RATE | The Central Bank of Tunisia kept unchanged its key rate at 8%
Following its meeting held on February 5th 2025, the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Tunisia decided to keep the key rate unchanged at 8%.
| TUNISIA | INFLATION | An inflation rate of 6% in January 2025
According to the National Institute of Statistics (INS) of Tunisia, the Consumer Prices Index shows an increase of 0.4% in January 2025 compared to the previous month. On an annual basis, the inflation rate stood at 6.0%.
