The results of Bank Al-Maghrib's monthly business survey for December 2024 show a decline in production and an improvement in sales compared to the previous month. In this context, the production capacity utilization rate remains stable at 78%. Mean-while, orders would have remained stable during the same period while order books would have settled at a normal level.

According to the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, tourist arrivals in Morocco reached 1.2 mil-lion tourists in Janvier 2025, up 27% year-on-year.
| SENEGAL | FOREIGN TRADE | Reduction in trade deficit in 2024
According to the National Agency of Statistics and Demography (ANSD), Senegal's exports show an increase of 21.3% in 2024 to FCFA 3,909 Bn. Meanwhile, imports fell by -0.6% to FCFA 7,161 Bn. In this context, the trade balance shows a deficit of FCFA -3,252 Bn in 2024 against FCFA -3,984 Bn a year earlier.
