In a press release, Immorente Invest announces the payment date of its 4th quarterly DPS for an amount of MAD 1.0. This was set on December 21st 2023. Meanwhile, the ex-dividente date was set on December 12th 2023.

| MOROCCO | REAL ESTATE | Housing starts up 37% in H1 2023
According to the Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and Urban Policy, housing production in Morocco recorded a decrease of 6.0% in H1 2023 to 104,505 units. Meanwhile, housing starts rose by 36.7% during the same peri-od to 133,848 units.
