Afriquia Gaz’s shareholders are convened to the Extraordinary General Meeting, on January 6th 2024. This should deliberate on a bond loan issue program in one or more tranches, for a period of five years, by private placement, for a maximum total amount of MAD 600 Mn.

According to the Central Bank of West Africa (BCEAO), the inflation rate in the WAEMU region stood at 3.4% in October 2024 com-pared to 3.6% in September. This decline is mainly due to the slowdown in food prices during the same period
