| MOROCCO | LESIEUR CRISTAL | Partnership with Nareva Services for the installation of a solar power plant
In a press release, Lesieur Cristal announces a partnership with Nareva Services, a subsidiary of the Navera Group. This aims to install a photovoltaic solar power plant with a capacity of 2 MWp at the Ain Harrouda plant.
This project embodies Lesieur Cristal's commitment to reducing its environmental impact, promoting sustainable industrial practices and actively acting in favor of the climate.

In July 18th 2024, SRM announced that UNATRAC Holding Limited had entered into an agreement on July 12th 2024 with Amethis Fund II SICAR, Richard Robelin, Eric Lefort, Loic Lefort (the Sellers) for the acquisition of 51% of the shares and voting rights of Groupe Premium S.A, the majority shareholder of SRM with a 78.12% interest.
On November 12th 2024, SRM announced that the Transaction would not proceed following the termination of the Agreement by UHL, which was contested by the Sellers. UHL and the Sellers have agreed to settle all outstanding issues between themselves and have entered into a confidential settlement agreement.

| MOROCCO | REAL ESTATE | Real Estate Assets Prices Index down 0.4% in Q3 2024
According to Bank Al-Maghrib, the Real Estate Assets Prices Index fell by 0.4% in Q3 2024 compared to the same quarter of the previous year. This results from the decrease of 0.5% in residential prices, of 0.6% in land prices and of 0.9% in prices of assets for professional use. Quarter-on-quarter, the index shows a decline of 0.2%.
Regarding the number of transactions, these fell by 13.1% in Q3 2024 compared to the same period of the previous year and by 28.9% compared to the previous quarter.
| BENIN | GDP | A growth rate of 7.2% in Q3 2024
According to the National Institute of Statistics and Demography of Benin (INStaD), the growth rate of the Beninese economy reached 7.2% in Q3 2024. This growth results from the dynamics observed in the three sectors of activity: primary (+5.9%), secondary (+8.7%) and tertiary (+7.5%).
