According to OMPIC, 124,514 negative certificates had been granted at the end of November 2021, up 26% compared to the same period of the previous year. In more details, 115,869 are intended for the creation of legal entities, i.e. 93% of the total mentioned certificates while 8,645 concern the creation of brands.
