| MOROCCO | SOTHEMA | A capital increase of MAD 180 Mn

The shareholders of Sothema are convened to the Extraordinary General Meeting on May 26th 2021. This decides to increase the par capital by MAD 180 Mn from MAD 180 Mn to MAD 360 Mn through the issuance of 1,800,000 shares with a unit par value of MAD 100.
The EGM decides to halve the unit par value of the company's shares from MAD 100 to MAD 50. Correspondingly, the EGM decides to double the company’s number of shares following the capital increase, thus bringing it from 3,600,000 to 7,200,000 with a unit par value of MAD 50.

In Q1 2021, the NBI of Bank of Africa Bénin shows a decrease of 7.1% to FCFA 10.4 Bn. Meanwhile, the net income increased by 5.1% to FCFA 4.4 Bn.
