| MOROCCO | REAL ESTATE | Housing starts down 19% in 2022
According to the Ministry of housing, housing production in Morocco decreased by 11.0% in 2022 to 248,087 units. Likewise, hous-ing starts fell by 19.3% during the same period to settle at 200,189 units.

| BENIN | INFLATION | An inflation rate of 6.9% in March 2023
According to the National Institute of Statistics and Demography (INSTAD), Benin's Harmonized Consumer Prices Index rose by 0.6% in March 2023 compared to the previous month. Year-on-year, the inflation rate stands at 6.9%
