In a press release, Immorente announces the schedule adopted for the payment of quarterly dividends for the year 2022. This is as follows:
1st quarterly dividend:
- DPS: MAD 1.0;
- Ex-dividend date: April 19th 2022;
- Payment date: April 28th 2022.
2nd quarterly dividend:
- DPS: MAD 2.5;
- Ex-dividend date: June 27th 2022;
- Payment date: July 6th 2022.
3th quarterly dividend:
- DPS: MAD 1.0;
- Target payment date: end of September 2022.
4th quarterly dividend:
- DPS: MAD 1.0;
- Target payment date: end of December 2022.

Following the Public Withdrawal Offer targeting Centrale Danone shares and at the issuer's request, the Casablanca Stock Ex-change will proceed to delisting of Centrale Danone shares. This will take effect on June 27th 2022.
| CÔTE D’IVOIRE | SIB CI | Net income up 12.5% in 2021
For FY 2021, the Net Banking Income of Société Ivoirienne de Banque (SIB CI) stands at FCFA 76.5 Bn against 74.5 MMFCFA a year earlier, i.e. an increase of 2.8%. Likewise, the bank's net income rose by 12.5% to FCFA 34.0 Bn.
