| MOROCCO | MAGHREB OXYGÈNE | Asma Invest sells all of its stake in Maghreb Oxygène
According to AMMC, the company Asma Invest sold :
- On April 5th 2022 : 83 Maghreb Oxygène shares, on the central market, at the price of MAD 332.3 per share, crossing direct-ly downward the participation threshold of 10% in Maghreb Oxygène capital;
- On April 6th 2022 : 81,239 Maghreb Oxygène shares to Hakam Abdellatif Finances, on the block market, at the price of MAD 325 per share, crossing directly downward the participation threshold of 5% in Maghreb Oxygène capital.
Following these disposals, Asma Invest no longer holds any Maghreb Oxygène shares.
| MOROCCO | MAGHREB OXYGÈNE | Hakam Abdellatif Finances crossed upward the participation threshold of 20%
According to AMMC, the company HAKAM Abdellatif Finances acquired :
- 81,239 Maghreb Oxygène shares, on the block market, at the price of MAD 325 per share;
- 50 Maghreb Oxygène shares, on the central market, at the price of MAD 332.3 per share.
Thus, the company Hakam Abdellatif Finances crossed directly upward the participation threshold of 10% and 20% in Maghreb Oxygène. The latter now holds 162,528 Maghreb Oxygène shares, i.e. 20.003% in the capital of the said company.

| SENEGAL | INFLATION | Consumer prices up 6.2% y-o-y in March 2022
According to the National Agency for Statistics and Demography (ANSD), Senegal's Harmonized Consumer Price Index fell by 0.8% in March 2022 compared to that of the previous month. Year-on-year, the inflation rate stands at 6.2% above the community convergence threshold of 3% set by WAEMU.
