| MOROCCO | BANKING LOANS | An increase of 6% at the end of April 2023

At the end of April 2023, the net outstanding of bank loans amounted to MAD 1,035.0 Bn, slightly down 0.3% compared to March 2023 and up 5.6% y-o-y. Mortgage loans (MAD 301.2 Bn), treasury loans (MAD 248.6 Bn), equipment loans (MAD 182.4 Bn) and consumer loans (MAD 57.8 Bn) show respective increases of 2.1%, 5.2%, 5.3% and 2.6% compared to the same period of last year. Finally, nonperforming loans stood at MAD 92.0 Bn, up 6.9%.
