- Number of shares before operation : 11,734,797;
- Number of shares issued : 833,333;
- Number of shares after operation : 12,568,130 ;
- Capital before operation : MAD 1,173,479,700;
- Capital after operation : MAD 1,256,813,000.

| NIGER | INFLATION | An inflation rate of 7.6% in September 2024
According to the National Institute of Statistics (INS), the Harmonized Consumer Prices Index of Niger shows a decrease of 0.5% in September 2024 compared to the previous month. On an annual basis, the inflation rate stands at 7.6%
