The Board of Directors of Label Vie, held on March 17th 2022, decided to propose to the company’s shareholders the distribution of an extraordinary dividend of MAD 200 Mn, i.e. a DPS of MAD 70.4. This follows the realization of a non-current income related to the planned contribution of the company's land and property assets to its new REIT TERRAMIS.
In addition, the Board of Directors proposed to the General Meeting a capital increase reserved for employees worth MAD 180 Mn.

According to the National Institute of Statistics of Côte d'Ivoire, the Harmonized Consumer Price Index increased by 0.3% in Feb-ruary 2022 compared to the previous month. Year-on-year, the inflation rate stands at 4.6% above the community convergence threshold of 3.0% set by WAEMU.
