Cosumar’s shareholders are convened to the Ordinary General Meeting to be extraordinarily held on August 5th 2020. The latter decides, following a proposal from the Board of Directors, the payout of a global amount worth MAD 661,410,001 from the account “Optional Reserves”, i.e. an extraordinary DPS of MAD 7.

According to the Directorate General of Public Accounting and Treasury, Gabon’s oil revenues stood at FCFA 127.8 Bn in Q1 2020. These posted an increase of 27.4% compared to the same period of the previous year.
