| MOROCCO | PROMOPHARM | 2021 DPS raised to MAD 40 instead of MAD 10 initially announced

The Ordinary General Meeting of Promopharm was held on June 20th 2022. It decides to payout a DPS of MAD 40 for the FY 2021 instead of MAD 10 initially announced. This dividend will be paid from July 20th 2022.

| MOROCCO | INFLATION | Consumer prices index up 5.9% in May 2022

In May 2022, the Consumer Prices Index rose by 0.3% compared to the previous month, taking into account the increase of 0.6% in the non-food index and the decrease of 0.2% in the food index. Compared to the same month of last year, the CPI surged by 5.9%.
Note that the underlying inflation indicator, which excludes products with volatile prices and products with public tariffs, in-creased by 1.2% compared to April 2022 and by 5.6% compared to May 2021.

| CÔTE D’IVOIRE | INFLATION | Consumer prices up 3.5 y-o-y in May 2022
According to the National Institute of Statistics of Côte d’Ivoire, the Harmonized Consumer Prices Index increased by 0.2% in May 2022 compared to the previous month. Year-on-year, the inflation rate stands at +3.5% above the community convergence thresh-old of 3.0% set by WAEMU.
