| TUNISIA | STA | CMF approved the company’s IPO

The company STA, distributor of the CHERY brand, obtained the visa of the CMF (Financial Market Watchdog in Tunisia) for its listing on the main market of the Stock Exchange, at a price of TND 17.0 per share, with a par value of TND 10.0. This operation involves the sale of 30% of the capital, i.e. 600,000 shares, corresponding to an amount of TND 10.2 Mn. Subscriptions are sched-uled from 02/21/2022 to 03/04/2022 included.

| MOROCCO | BANK CARDS | The number of operations up 32% in 2021

According to the CMI, the number of payment transactions carried out by Moroccan bank cards amounts to 105.2 million in 2021, up 32.1% compared to the same period of the previous year. Likewise, the amount of these transactions reached MAD 39.8 Bn, up 25.5% during the same period.
