At the end of November 2022, traffic carried through the ports managed by the ANP reached an overall volume of 80.0 million tons, showing a decline of 3.9% compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to the results of the permanent household survey conducted by the HCP, the Household Confidence Index stood at its all-time low in Q4 2022, i.e. 46.6 pts. This displays a decrease of -0.8 pt compared to the previous quarter and -14,6 pts y-o-y.

According to Togo’s Ministry of Investment Promotion, 24 new investment projects were recorded during Q3 2022 for a total amount of FCFA 107.1 Bn. These would allow the creation of 2,200 permanent jobs.
