| MOROCCO | TOURISM | Tourist arrivals up 10% in January 2024

According to the Ministry of Tourism, Crafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, tourist arrivals in Morocco reached more than 992,000 tourists in January 2024, recording an increase of 10% compared to the same period of the previous year.

| TUNISIA | GDP | The growth rate would have settled at 0.4% in 2023
According to Tunisia’s National Institute of Statistics, the economic activity dropped by -0.2% y-o-y in Q4 2023. According to the same source, the Tunisian economy would have posted a growth rate of 0.4% during the year 2023. Excluding agriculture, the annual GDP would have increased by 1.6%.

| TUNISIA | UNEMPLYOMENT | The unemployment rate rises to 16.4% in Q4 2023
In Q4 2023, the estimated number of unemployed people stood at 667,500 of the total active population compared to 638,100 in Q3 2023. Thus, the unemployment rate increased to 16.4% in Q4 2023 against 15.8% during the previous quarter.
