| MOROCCO | REAL ESTATE | Housing starts up 32% in H1 2024
According to the Ministry of Housing, production of housing units in Morocco increased by 10.9% in H1 2024 to settle at 114,011 units. Likewise, housing starts jumped by 32.1% during the same period to 117,119 units.

| TUNISIA | FOREIGN TRADE | Figures at the end of November 2024
At the end of November 2024, Tunisia's exports rose by 1.7% to TND 57,056.9 Mn. Likewise, imports increased by 1.6% to TND 73,821.4 Mn. In this context, the trade deficit went from TND -16,539.2 Mn at the end of November 2023 to TND -16,764.5 at the end of November 2024. Finally, the coverage rate stood at 77.3%, up 0.1 point compared to the same period of the previous year.
