During the first four months of 2026, Tunisia's exports increased by 9.5% to TND 22,694 Mn. Likewise, imports rose by 7.9% during the same period to settle at TND 30,223 Mn. In this context, the trade deficit went from TND -7,293 Mn at the end of April 2025 to TND -7,529 Mn at the end of April 2026. Finally, the coverage rate stood at 75.1%, up 1.1 pt.
