In a press release, Risma announced that it signed a final sale agreement on April 27th 2026, with Albatros company for the disposal of Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche hotel, for an amount of MAD 450 Mn. Recall that this sale will generate a positive non-recurring income of nearly MAD 160 Mn (net of corporate tax) in Risma’s consolidated accounts for the FY 2026.

According to the National Institute of Statistics (INStat), the Harmonized Consumer Prices Index of Mali fell by 0.2% in March 2026 compared to the previous month. On an annual basis, this recorded a decrease of 0.8%.
