According to HCP, the price indices for the “Manufacturing industries excluding oil refining” and for the “Extractive industries” show a decrease of 0.1% during September 2025 compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, the price indices for the “Electricity production and distribution” and “Water production and distribution” sectors remained stable during the same period.

According to the National Institute of Statistics of Niger (INS), the Harmonized Consumer Prices Index decreased by 1.8% in September 2025 compared to the previous month. On an annual basis, the inflation rate stood at -10.1%.
