In a press release, Immorente Invest announces the schedule adopted for the payment of the 1st and the 2nd quarterly DPS during the year 2025. This is as follows:
- 1st quarterly DPS:
- Amount: MAD 1 /share;
- Ex-dividend date: April 18th 2025;
- Payment date: April 29th 2025.
- 2nd quarterly DPS:
- Amount: MAD 2.2 /share;
- Payment date: June 26th 2025.

| CEMAC | GDP | BEAC forecasts a growth rate of 2.9% in 2025
According to the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), the growth rate of the CEMAC region’s economy should reach 2.9% in 2025 against 2.6% in 2024. This should be driven by the performance of the non oil sector (3.9% in 2025 compared to 3.1% a year earlier).
