| MOROCCO | REAL ESTATE | Housing starts up 9% in H1 2021
According to the Ministry of Housing, housing production in Morocco increased by 26.0% in H1 2021 to reach 109,317 units. Like-wise, housing starts appreciated by 9.3% during the same period to 113,495 units. Regarding the economic and social segment, production settled at 58,292 units, up 35.8% while housing starts up reached 40,562 units, i.e. an increase of 12.4%.

As of September 10th 2021, tourism receipts of Tunisia settled at TND 1,674.3 Mn, i.e. an increase of 4.7% compared to the same period of the previous year.
