| MOROCCO | GDP | CMC forecasts a growth rate of 7.1% in 2021
According to its latest report, CMC (Centre Marocain de Conjoncture) forecasts a growth rate of the Moroccan economy of 7.1% for the year 2021. In 2022, the CMC predicts a GDP growth rate of 4.1%.

According to the National Fisheries Office, the volume of landings of coastal and artisanal fishery products fell by -4% at the end of September 2021 to stand at 865,672 tons. Meanwhile, the sector's revenue rose by 30% compared to the same period of the previous year to MAD 6.8 Bn.
| GABON | OIL | Exports down 15% in H1 2021
According to the General Directorate of Hydrocarbons (DGH), Gabon exported 4.38 million metric tons of oil in H1 2021 against 5.15 million metric tons in H1 2020, i.e. a drop of 14.9% year-on-year.
