According to AMMC, Mrs. Saida Khalil made a donation of 42,714 Dari Couspate shares on February 1st 2023 crossing downwards the participation thresholds of 10% and 5%. To this end, Mrs. Saida Khalil no longer holds any shares in the company’s capital.
At the same time, Mr. Khalil received a donation of 42,714 Dari Couspate shares crossing upwards the participation threshold of 20% in the capital of the company to 27.65%. Therefore, he holds 82,489 Dari Couspate shares.
