| MOROCCO | SALAFIN | Sanlam Maroc crossed downward the participation threshold of 10%
According to AMMC, Sanlam Maroc sold on the official market, on February 11th 2025, 90,500 Salafin shares at a unit price of MAD 552.50, thus crossing directly downwards the participation threshold of 10% in the company’s capital. Therefore, Sanlam Maroc holds 300,685 shares, representing 9.62% of Salafin capital.

Within the six months following this transaction, Sanlam Maroc intends to continue its sales on Salafin shares.

| BENIN | INFLATION | An inflation rate of 0.6% in January 2025
According to the National Institute of Statistics and Demography (INStaD), the Harmonized Consumer Prices Index of Benin rose by 0.3% in January 2025 compared to the previous month. On an annual basis, the inflation rate stands at 0.6%.
