| MOROCCO | FISHING | Sector’s revenue up 7% at the end of July 2024
According to the National Fisheries Office, landings of inshore and artisanal fishery products rose by 4% at the end of July 2024 to settle at 625,349 tons. In this context, the sector's revenue amounted to MAD 6.3 Bn jumping by 7% compared to the same period of the previous year.

| TUNISIA | FOREIGN TRADE | Reduction of the trade deficit at the end of July 2024
During the first seven months of 2024, Tunisia's exports showed an increase of 2.4% to TND 37,034.9 Mn while imports slightly increased by 0.6% to TND 46,668.2 Mn. In this context, the trade deficit fell by 5.8% to stand at TND -9,633.3 Mn. Finally, the cov-erage rate stood at 79.4%, i.e. an improvement of 1.4 points compared to the same period of the previous year.
